Get ready for Durango’s Tri the Rim at Fort Lewis College on April 17 by training with Ironman Triathlete and Get Out! coach, Randy Stueve! This 4 week program focuses on fitness, technique and preparation in all triathlon disciplines – swimming, cycling and running. Program consists of group workouts on the weekends and includes specific training schedules designed to prepare each athlete for their individual race goals.
